【摘要】西宝客运专线现有架桥机无法正常通过小村隧道,为此,在分析了架桥机通过小村隧道的施工工艺后,优选了隧道进出口相接桥梁施工工艺。采用运梁车载运架桥机退回梁场后,在架场内对架桥机小解体,然后通过隧道;隧道进口桥梁由支架现浇梁优化为预制架设,出口相接处两孔箱渠原设计采用支架现浇作为架桥机拼装场地,优化为利用隧道出口缓冲结构(出口缓冲结构二次衬翻后浇)和隧道出口桥梁首孔收位处回填土拼装架桥机,然后架设隧道前进方向预制箱梁。

Abstract: On the Xi'an-Baoji high-speed passenger railroad line, the existing bridge erecting machine is unable to normally pass the Xiaocun Tunnel. In view of this, after analyzing the construction technology for the passing of the bridge erecting machine through Xiaocun Tunnel, this paper adopted the construction technology of the bridge connecting with tunnel at the entrance and exit. After transporting the bridge erecting machine back to the girder filed using the girder carrying vehicle, inside the girder field, this paper conducted small dismantling of the bridge erection machine, and then passed them through the tunnel. The bridge at the tunnel entrance was optimized into prefabricated erection, and at the joining sections for the exit, the tow-hole box girders were originally designed to adopt the support cast-in-site girder as the assembling field for bridge erecting machine, and it was optimized as assembling the bridge erecting machine by adopting the bumper structures at the exits (which was cast after the secondary lining of the bumper structures at the exit) and the backfill soil at the bridge's first hole's pillar at the tunnel

1工程概况
小村隧道位于陕西省宝鸡市陈仓区,渭河南岸三级阶地,属秦岭山前黄土台源区,线路从国道 G310小村附近山坡进洞,下穿唐家塬,从马尾河右侧山坡出洞,最小埋深16m,最大埋深46m,为双线

黄土浅埋隧道。隧道起里程DK627+747— DK628+650,全长903m,明挖52m,V级围岩558m, IV级围岩300m。隧道净空宽13.3m,高9.6m。隧道位于R=8000m圆曲线上,润内纵坡为11%和 3%的人字坡。隧道进出口桥梁12座。
XBZQ-2标段第三项目经理部所用架桥机为 HZQ-900型,主机长×宽×高为73.92m×17.8m× 13.48m,显然,架桥机无法通过该隧道。为保证架桥机穿隧道施工安全,降低施工成本,分析客运专线中
