独塔单索面部分斜拉桥非对称施工技术

【摘要】依托余姚中山路斜拉桥项目,针对独塔单索面部分斜拉桥的结构特点,并结合该桥的周围环境,主桥主策采用支架现尧和悬肾浇筑结合的非对称施工方法。根据悬肾现尧对称性施工原则和力学原理,建立不利条件下一侧挂篮一侧支架法现浇施工的新工艺,在支架侧先行施工一个节段,为菱形挂蓝提供配重,经过体内预应力和体外
斜拉索张拉,可有效保证结构安全。另外介绍了独塔单索面部分斜孔桥非对称施工技术的施工要点。【关键词】单索面;独塔;部分斜拉桥;非对称施工

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics and the surrounding environment of partially cable-stayed bridge in Yuyao Zhongshan Cable-stayed Bridge, the asymmetric construction method which is combined with supporting cast-in-place and cantilever casting is applied. Based on the asymmetric construction principal and mechanical theory,a new pouring construction process of one side hanging basket and the other side supporting is established at the bad conditions. At the supporting side, a segment of the arch rib is set up firstly as the gravity of hanging basket. Through the tension of intermal prestressed and extemal stayed-cable,the structure safety is guaranteed effectively. The key points about asymmetric construction technology of cable-stayed bridge are described in detail.

工程概况
余姚中山路(万年桥路一纬十路)工程主桥,南
侧跨越南兰江路,北侧跨越最良江。南兰江路为城
市主干道,道路净宽10.5m;最良江为通航河流,宽 55m,主桥长152m,采用独塔单索面预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥(76m+76m)。主桥主塔高62m,斜拉索共9对。主桥两侧梁体不对称,南侧桥面宽 26.5m,北侧桥面宽35.0m。主桥立面如图1所示,主桥跨路侧和跨江侧主梁断面分别如图2,3所示。
考虑到主桥一侧跨江,一侧跨路,两侧均处于通航或通行状态,跨江侧宜采用悬臂浇筑施工。另外,【收稿日期】2011-01-04
