工字钢在某超高层剪力墙结构中的应用

【摘要】重庆某超高层剪力墙结构,底部大范围两层通高,且底部两侧墙肢受拉。设计时在穿层墙和受拉剪力墙中增设了工字钢。就工字钢对剪力墙的弹塑性性能的改善进行了分析,对型钢的选型和在边缘构件及墙身中的布置进行了描述,对型钢外侧箍筋的施工、型钢的拼接、型钢剪力墙基础的设计进行了阐述,对架纵筋在型钢剪力增中
的锚固连接做法进行了深化设计。验证了型钢设置的有效性和可行性。【关键词]高层建筑;剪力墙;工字钢;弹塑性性能;锚固

Abstract: There is a super high-rise shear wall structure in Chongqing, of which a large range of the bottom is through two floors, and the shear wall of the two sides are in tension. I-shaped steel was added to the tension wall and the wall through two floors in the design phase. In this paper, improving of the elastic-plastic properties of shear wall by I-shaped steel was analyzed, the selection and layout of the I-shaped steel were described, the construction of the stirrups outside of the I-shaped steel and lengthening of the I-shaped steel and the foundation designing of the shear wall with I-shaped steel were elaborated, the anchorage and connection of the longitudinal reinforcement of the beam in the shear wall were
designed to deepen. The effectiveness and feasibility of I-shaped steel settings was demonstrated. Key words : tall buildings; shear walls; I-shaped steel; elastic-plastic properties; anchorage

工程概况
重庆某超高层住宅建筑,地下6层车库和商业,
地上51层住宅。为满足住宅建筑的功能要求,平面呈Y形,结构形式采用剪力墙结构。结构嵌固端设
置在-3F楼板处,嵌固层以上的结构高度为 182.50m,为超B级高度的剪力墙结构。结构存在当回不规则、扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续等3项不规则。
建筑地面人户大堂处存在大面积两层通高的情况,形成较多的穿层墙。标准层和通高楼层的结构平面布置如图1所示。计算发现,结构底部两侧的墙肢(图1中的Q1)在中震和大震下出现较大的拉力。

结构设计时,在穿层墙的边缘构件中设置工字
钢,以提高穿层墙的抗震性能。在受拉墙肢的约束边缘构件及墙身中均匀设置工字钢,以抵抗墙肢的拉力。穿层墙约束边缘构件中的工字钢向通高楼层上下各延伸1层。受拉墙肢中的工字钢在墙肢受拉的楼层布置,并向下延伸埋人基础内。
本文就工字钢对剪力墙抗震性能的改善、工字钢的选型和布置情况、工字钢的拼接、工字钢外箍
