【摘要】为解决高空超大悬挑混凝土结构模板支撑体系设计与施工的技术难题,结合已成功实施的多个工程案例,提炼了高空超大悬排混凝土结构模板支撑体系的判定指标和技术难点,并对其设计与施工过程中的关键技术要点进行了梳理,针对设计提出应重点关注6个方面:①浇筑期间的钢筋混凝土自重取值;②钢桁架的布置方式与结构形式;③斜拉杆的选材与设计:④模板支撑体系的变形控制;③支模架体系选择和设计:@高空模板支撑体系的风荷载。针对施工要点提出应重点解决6大难题:(预理件的制作与安装;2)钢桁架的制作与安装:(3斜拉杆的制作与安装;④支撑架和外作业架的搭设;5混凝土浇筑过程中的现场测控;6钢桁架的高空拆除。结合具体工程实际案例,对具体设计与施工关键技术进行解读,以期能够为国内外高空超大悬挑混凝土结构支模体系的设计与施工提供技术支持。

Abstract : In order to resolve the design and construction technical problems of formwork support system for the high-altitude ultra-large span cantilevered concrete structure, combining with several successful engineering cases, the judging indices and technical difficulties were refined, and the key points in the design and construction process were proposed. During the design process, six key points are put forward , such as the value of concrete weight during pouring, the layout and structure form of steel truss , the material and design of tension cable, the deformation control of formwork support system, the selection and design of formwork support system, the wind load of high formwork support system. During the construction process, six key points are put forward, such as the fabrication and installation of embedded parts, the fabrication and installation of steel truss, the fabrication and installation of tension cable, the erection of support frame and the outer scaffolding, the field measurement and control during concrete pouring process, the dismantling of steel truss. Combined with practical engineering case, the key technologies of concrete design and construction are interpreted, aiming at providing technical support
