机制砂与河砂海工混凝土30m预应力T梁的变形

【摘要】通过以“28d龄期同强度等级”标准优选配合比,利用机制砂和河砂配制工作性能相近、质量优良的C50高强混凝土,通过严格控制施工开展30m预应力T梁(中梁)足尺模型试验,对比研究机制砂与河砂混凝土的实体结构的变形性能与开裂性能。研究表明:机制砂混凝土预应力T梁具有与河砂混凝土预应力T梁相当的承载能力和
抗变形能力,验证了机制砂应用于海工混凝土实体结构的可行性。【关键词]混凝土:机制砂:海工混凝土;预应力T染;变形;开裂

Abstract:The *28d age with the same strength level ' standard was used to design concrete mix eareesaeeaeeoas similar working performance and good quality, 3Om prestressed T-beam full-scale model test was carried out by strictly controlling construction, the concrete deformation and cracking properties of entity structure is comparatively studied with manufactured sand and river sand. The results show that manufactured sand concrete T-beam has a high load-carrying capacity and resistance to deformation, and it is comparative to river sand concrete prestressed T-beam, which has verified that the feasibility of the machine-made sand applied to entity structure of marine concrete.

通不便的山区工程项目,研究的方向也主要集中在机制砂混凝土的配合比设计,机制砂混凝土的施工以及机制砂混凝土的强度性能方面[1-3]。对于海洋服役腐蚀环境下的机制砂海工混凝土性能及应用研究甚少[4-5]。研究依托浙江省三门湾大桥沿海高速公路工程,全长约55km,其中跨海湾桥梁长约
