新型装配整体式混凝土主次梁节点试验研究*

[摘要]为研究新型装配整体式结构的混凝土主次染节点抗剪叠合构造的有效性,本研究分别制作了4组不同次染高度和配筋率的装配叠合主次染节点、现浇主次梁节点,进行了足尺构件的单调静力加载试验,测试了节点混凝土和钢筋的应变、节点荷载-挠度关系等,分析了构件的破坏模式和特征参数,验证了叠合梁截面应变的平截面假定。研究认为按照等强度条件设计的装配叠合主次梁节点的破坏模式、理论计算结果与现浇构件的基本相同,本

Abstract : Two series of prefabricate assembly primary-secondary-beam joints with different secondary beam-thickness and reinforcement ratio, as well as two series of cast-in-place primary-secondary-beam joints with different secondary-beam-thickness and reinforcement ratio, were fabricated to conduct monotone static load tests to testify the safety of structural measures of the joints of prefabricate assembly frame structures. The research is mainly on strain of the concrete and steel bars in the joints, and the failure modes and mechanisms of the joints. It is demonstrated that the failure modes of all the joints designed on conditions of equal strength match well, and the structural measures presented for prefabricate assembly primary-secondary-beam joints meet well with the requirement of the ultimate and serviceability limit states, and demonstrate fine mechanical properties.

引言
混凝土结构装配技术施工精度及机械化程度高,可以加快施工进度,节省大量模板,还能够减少对施工现场周边的环境影响,具有良好的社会和经济效益。但其整体性能较差,影响该体系在工程中的推广便用。新型装配整体式预制钢筋混凝土结构体系(叠合结构)不但具有装配式结构工厂化

试验针对某装配整体式钢筋混凝土结构住宅试验楼框架体系中典型主次梁节点开展试验研究,测试了节点区材料的应力、应变,研究节点的工作性能、破坏模式及其特征参数等,验证主次梁叠合构件的设计方法及构造措施。
试验设计 1
构件制作不考虑材料强度的变化,在满足构造要求的前提下,通过改变次梁截面高度和配筋率,共制作主次梁节点构件8个(见表1)。构件的尺寸和配筋设计依照某住宅试验楼的建筑和结构施工图(4],如图1所示。
