套管中狭窄空间安装预应力钢筒混凝土管施工技术

【摘要】在河底套管中安装预应力钢商混凝土管，空间狭窄，不适于采用驶管车或其他专用设备进行常规安装。通过在套管内布置2条呈60°夹角的钢轨和简易小车，实现钢简混凝土管在套管内的水平运输。利用自制的三向调节装置，完成管道的对接就位，具体包括轨道安装，管道下吊至轨道上小车，管道就位，调整管位，安装永久性整块。整个安装施工投入设备简单，方法可行，效率高，成本低，效益明显。

Construction Technology for Installation of Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder
PipeswiththeLimitedSpaceof Concrete Sleeves

Abstract: When pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipes are installed in the concrete sleeves on the river bed, special pipe carriers or other heavy machines are not suitable due to the narow space within the concrete sleeves, A method was developed to install the pipe which finishes the horizontal transportation of the pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipes by fixing two rails at 60° angle to each other and using a simple trolley. Connection between the pipes was done using a self-developed triaxial adjustment device. The operation procedure includes installing the rails, dropping the pipe onto the trolley, positioning the pipe,adjusting the pipe location,and installing permanient cushion block. The method has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency and easy operation.

1工程概述
预应力钢筒混凝土管（PCCP）是一种广泛用于给排水系统的新型复合管材，适用工作压力最高可达1.6MPa，特别适合用于大型城市的供水主干网。随着该管材的普遍应用，考虑经济或地形限制等因素的影响，有时需要在隧洞或套管中安装该管道。目前国内一些引水工程中就有预应力钢简混凝土管多次穿越隧洞的情况，该类工程采用了专门设计的驶管车来安装管道，费用较高。在越南胡志明市绕禄一氏艺河道改造项目中，需要在河底预先铺设 3m内径的混凝土套管中安装2m.内径的预应力钢简混凝土管。通过研究，采用了自制简易设备，巧

1)本方法安装预应力钢简混凝土管除吊管外，不需要大型设备和特殊工具。
2)安装过程操作方便，投入的多数材料和机具均可回收，节约成本。
3)安装工艺简单，施工安全，质量可靠。
4)安装效率高，1标准节管的安装作业周期为 1d，最快可达到3节/2d。
5)在预先埋设的混凝土套管中安装，不占用场地，对城市交通和环境无影响。
6)有效解决安装预应力钢简混凝土管操作空间狭小的间题，适用于类似狭窄空间中安装该类管道。
