某国道一级公路路面技术状况评价与大修方案设计

【摘要】通过对运营12年的华北某国道一级公路路面进行全面的路况调查和技术状况评定,分析了造成路面横资源、低碳环保的公路建设新理念,针对该路交通状况复杂、城镇交叉较多、原路面结构种类繁多等特点,在采用3S 法对全线段落划分的基础上,提出了具有技术针对性和施工可操作性的路面大修方案。通过该大修项目实施及运
营,设计方案施工方便、技术可行、经济合理。【关键词】公路工程;路面;病害;评价;设计

Abstract: Through comprehensive state survey and technical condition evaluation of some first class highway in North China, this paper analyzes the reasons on pavement disease such as transverse crack, longitudinal crack, rutting, bag, etc. , an overhaul scheme design was come up with based on the design principles of making full use of the strength of the original pavement, strenuously responsibly saving resource and protecting environment. Specially, the 3S (3 times as standard deviation) method was used in this paper during dividing the pavement sections. Through the overhaul project construction and operation, the design scheme in this research is proved to be reasonable in technology and convenience for construction.

1工程概况
某一级公路是国道线重要一段,于1999年12 月在原二级公路上拓宽改建而成,总体呈由北向南走向。设计起点桩号为K814+914,终点桩号为 K947+600,全长132.686km,K884+155—K891+ 409长7.254km,为地级市中心城区不列入大修范围,实际大修里程长为125.432km。该路段通车10 多年来,虽经多年精心养护,维持了正常通行,但由

于交通量和轴载逐年增大等问题的存在,导致其服务能力急剧下降,路面出现了严重病害,路面技术状况急剧下降,公路通行能力和服务水平已不能适应当地交通运输业可持续发展的需要,急需对该路段进行大修改造。
大修改造设计建设规模及技术标准维持原有路况,为全幅双向4车道一级公路,设计速度 K824+000—K843+087山岭重丘区为60km/h,其他平原微丘区为100km/h,K859+850—K861+ 650,K939+500K947+600段9.500km路基宽度为38.5m,K911+368—K914+082段2.714km路基宽度为24m,K925+080—K939+500段
