天津高银117大厦底板内置钢筋网混凝土温度场及
应力场的仿真分析

[摘要】考虑到大体积混凝土内部常常分布有钢筋网、销栓等构件,运用ANSYS有限元软件,结合天津高银117大厦工程实例,对内置钢筋网大体积混凝土进行了温度场及应力场伤真分析,并对素混凝土和钢筋混凝土进行了对比分析。计算结果表明:钢筋网可以将内部混凝土产生的水化热传输到混凝土表面,钢筋混凝土的温度场要比素混凝土的温度场要小些,但相差不大;外部混凝土受拉,内部混凝土受压,拉应力由内到外依次增大;内部钢筋网受压,外部受拉;为了防止温度裂缝的出现,钢筋网一般布置在混凝土表面附近且要加密,而内部不布置或很少布置钢筋网。

Abstract: Considering the large volume concrete intermnal often having mesh reinforcement, anchor bolt components, using finite element sofware ANSYS, combined with 117 building engineering project, the temperature field and stress field simulation analysis of the large volume concrete built in mesh reinforcement, and the compared analysis of the plain concrete and reinforced concrete were given by this paper. The calculation results show that steel fabric can transmit hydration heat produced by the internal concrete to concrete surface, and the temperature field of reinforced concrete is smaller than plain concrete, but little difference existed; External concrete tension, internal concrete compression, tension stress in turn increase from inside to outside; Intermal steel fabric compression, the external tension, in order to prevent the emergence of the temperature cracks, mesh reinforcement general is arranged in the concrete near the surface and encryption, and mesh reinforcement not arranged or rarely arranged in the internal concrete.
