大跨径简支双层桥面复合梁桥钢-
混凝土节点试验研究

[摘要】双层复合梁桥钢-混凝土节点体积大、钢筋密、空间小,构造复杂,是纵横向预应力索的交汇点,也是受力的关键点。为更好地指导施工,在施工前,采用1:1的比例模拟实桥结构钢-混凝土结合节点的纤维混凝土浇筑试验,待节点混凝土达到强度后,对节点进行切制。通过对节点纤维混凝土的密实度和钢与混凝土的结合度进行检查,结果表明节点混凝土密实度较好,钢与混凝土结合密贴。可为后续实桥的施工提供经验和参考,使之达到国家相关质量规范要求。

Abstract: The steel-concrete joint of the double-deck composite truss bridge has the characteristics of large volume, dense concrete, small space and complicated structure. It's a key pressure point and an intersection of vertical and horizontal prestressed cable. Fiber concrete pouring test of the joint was performed by simulation of bridge structure, and the component was cut at a certain strength level. The compactness of fiber reinforced concrete and the connection between steel and concrete were analyzed The results show the concrete compactness was increased to a great extent and the steel-concrete connection was enhanced. The experiment provides instruction and guidance for the construction of real
bridge to meet its national unified quality standard. Key words:bridges; bridge decks; joints; tests

工程概况
位于杭州德胜快速路运河二通道的简支双层
复合析梁桥是目前国内外首座同类型的大跨度桥梁,跨径92m,桥长96m,上层为双向八车道的德胜
快速路,桥面宽38.8m,下层为地面道路,桥面宽 45.2m,双向六车道+两侧非机动车道和人行道(见图1)。大桥为上、下层混凝土桥面结构与钢桁架共同受力的复合结构,通过上下层混凝土桥面结构外包钢架上、下弦杆与节点形成整体。上部结构主要由钢桁架、混凝土、钢筋、体内和体外预应力钢束

大桥桥面采用高强度等级的C50纤维混凝土,
按施工顺序要求,首先需浇筑钢桁架下弦节点外包混凝土,使钢桁架先形成临时固定体系,以承担上层桥面体系浇筑后的落架荷载。钢-混凝土节点体积大、钢筋密、空间小,是纵横向预应力索的交汇点,也是受力关键点。高强度等级纤维混凝土在国内多个工程中得到成功运用,但对桥梁钢-混凝土节点的试验研究却很少。桥梁施工时对节点混凝土
