PNC-803添加剂对混凝土抗渗性能提升的试验研究

[摘要]水泥基渗透结晶型漆加剂可用于提高混凝土的抗渗性能,为探究渗透结晶型添加剂PNC-803对混凝土抗渗性的影响,通过试验研究了0.8%,1.0%和1.2%掺量下改性混凝土的抗渗等级和相对渗透系数的演化规律,并结合电镜扫描测试观系了掺人PNC-803后改性混凝土的细观结构特征。试验结果表明:PNC-803在0.8%和1.0% 掺人量下,混凝土的抗渗等级分别提高2个和7个等级,相对渗透系数分别下降14.5%,35.5%;PNC-803的晶体以线状和片状为主,晶体形状与添加量有关。随掺入量增多晶体趋于细化,晶体结构更加致密。在实际工程中,可以通过掺入少量PNC-803来增强混凝土的抗渗性能,同时需考患掺人量与混凝土抗渗性能的关系以选择合适的掺量。

Abstract:Cement-based permeable crystallization mixture can be used for improving impermeability of concretes. In order to study the impenetrability performance of permeated crystalline additives, PNC-803, the impermeability grade and permeability coefficient of different contents of 0. 8% , 1.0% and 1. 2% in concretes were tested and the crystal characteristics were observed by SEM. Experimental results show that the impermeability grade of concretes with 0. 8% and 1. 0% of PNC-803 were increased by 2 and 7 grades, and the permeability coefficients were decreased by 14. 5% and 35. 5% . The forms of crystals of PNC-803 are mainly the shape of line and flake, related to the contents of PNC-803. More PNC-803 admixture added into the concrete resulted in the increasing formation of smaller crystals and the structural compactness. During engineering practice process, the impenetrability of concretes can be improved by adding a few PNC-803, the relationship of contents of PNC-803 and impenetrability

普通混凝土自身含有大量微裂缝和毛细孔隙,
微裂缝与孔隙是在混凝土凝结硬化过程中由于温度、干湿变化及荷载等作用引起的,是天然存在而难以避免的。这一缺陷为水的侵人及以水为载体的其他有害介质的侵蚀提供了渗透通道,严重影响了混凝土的耐久性,缩短了混凝土的使用寿命[12]。

因此,许多工程都需采取有效措施提高混凝土的抗渗性[3]。在众多防渗措施中,水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料是提高混凝土抗渗性能的有效途径之一,它既可以作为防渗涂料,支可作为添加剂使用。直接作为混凝土添加剂使用时对实际工程的施工几乎不增添任何复杂的工序,施工简单,所以研究其作为添加剂使用很有必要。
