不同磷水平下甘蓝型油菜光合特性的

(农业部亚热带资源与环境重点开放实验室,华中农业大学作物遗传改良国家重点实验室,期北武汉430070)摘要:采用盆栽土培试验研究了不同磷水平下甘蓝型油菜生长、磷吸收、叶片无机磷含量、光合生理参数的基因型差异,操讨了磷效率与光合作用和碳水化合物分配的关系。结果表明,低磷处理下甘蓝型油菜两个基因型叶片净的运输和代谢,磷高效基因型102具有较高的磷吸收效率,体内无机磷浓度较高,因此其光合作用强于磷低效基因型105,产生较多的碳水化合物运输到新叶。

Abstract : Aimed to understand the relation between phosphorus(P) efficiency and photosynthesis as well as carbo-hydrate distribution, the genotypic differences in growth, P accumulation, inorganic P( Pi) concentration of leaves and photosynthetic physiological parameters for Brassica napus P-efficient genotype 102 and P-inefficient genotype 105 were investigated using a pot experiment with three P levels( P15, P30 and P100). The results showed that photosynthesis parameters of two genotypes decreased significantly at low P levels( P15 and P30)in comparison with eaeeaaaeaoar tion. Consequently, the higher Pi concentration of leaves for genotype 102 promoted the photosynthesis and the translation of carbohydrates. Hence, photosynthesis became stronger and more carbohydrates were translated from old to young leaves compared to P-inefficient genotype 105.

植物体内无机磷含量易受供磷状况影响。有研究表明,低磷胁迫下植物体内的无机磷含量显著降低,并对植物光合作用、碳代谢及碳水化合物的分配均产生较大影响""。细胞内磷含量稳定时,光合速率受外界供磷量影响较小(2);但供磷不足会显著影植物叶片扩展,叶片总叶面积、叶片生长速率和叶片数量显著减少,从而降低同化面积并严重限制光

合作用的总碳固定量[3]。研究还表明,磷是构成植物能量的重要组分,其含量不足严重影响库的输出,间接影响光合作用进程。理论上库制约光合作用(改变蓝糖和淀粉的合成速率)与磷反向循环到光合作用中密切相关,光合过程中磷的供应量及其循环速度又制约着植物叶片光合产物(蔗糖、淀粉、氨基酸)的合成速度[4]。
