水性双组分聚氨酯涂料的
研制及性能研究

摘要:探讨了含羟基聚丙烯酸酯分散体、多异氧酸酯固化剂、n-Nco/n-on配比、固化时间和干燥条件,以及催化剂用量对水性双组分聚氨酯涂膜性能的影响,同时对水性双组分聚氢酯涂料的活化期进行了研究。

聚氨酯涂料具有许多优异的性能,如附着力强,耐磨性好,弹性可调,优良的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐高低温性等,因此在国防、建筑、化工、车辆、木器、飞机等方面得到了广泛的应用。目前,我国聚氨酯涂料年产量接近80万t,主要为溶剂型双组分聚氨酯涂料。但随着对传统溶剂型涂料挥发性有机化合物[收稿日期】2012-06-11

(1.SinochemTaicangChemical IndustryPark,JiangsuTaicang,215433,China;2.Universityof Scienceand Technologyof China,Anhui Hefei,230026,China:3.ShanghaiJiao Tong University,Shanghai,200240,China) Abstract: An organic nanoSiOs/acrylate dispersion was firstly prepared via solgel method by tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS )as precursor and KH-55O as modifier. The obtained dispersion was then used to prepare fluorinated polyacrylate composite latex by using monomers containing fluorine groups. The structure of the latex was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR )and dynamic light scattering(DLS ). Furthermore, the effects of fluorine monomers amount and nano-SiO2 amount on the properties of composite latex films were investigated, respectively. The water contact angle and water resistance of the film increased with the increase of fluorine-containing monomers. Moreover, the incorporation of nanoSiOz would lead to a further improvement of the wate resistance of the film.
