摘要:实验考察了冷喷涂Cu-Cu,O防污涂层在不同温度及流速海水中的铜渗出率。实验结果表明:海水温度的升高,利于铜金属的电化学溶解及涂层总铜渗出率的增大,同时也因为加速了氧的扩散,促进Cu(I)氧化为难溶的碱式碳酸铜覆盖于涂层表面,在一定范围内抑制了氧化亚铜的溶解。海水流速的升高,加剧了铜金属的冲剧腐蚀,且促进氧化亚铜的溶解,使涂层总铜渗出率增大。氧化亚铜的渗出率贡献比随其含量的增加、温度及流速的降低和浸泡时间的延长而增加。

Abstract:The copper leaching rate of cold spray Cu-Cu,O antifouling coatings in seawater with different temperature and flow velocity was studied. The experimental results showed that an increase in seawater temperature could promotethe electrochemical dissolution of copper and the increase of total copper leaching rate, while could inhibit the dissolution of cuprous oxide in a certain extent due to insoluble basic copper carbonate derived from Cu(I) by oxidiz ation driven by the accelerated oxygen diffusion, which covered the surface of the coating. Ac-celeration of seawater flow velocity intensified erosion-corrosion of copper and dissolution of cuprous oxide, which led to the increase of the total copper leaching rate of the coating. The leaching rate contribution ratio of cuprous oxide raised with the increase of its content as well as immersion time, and with the decrease of seawater temperature and flow velocity.
