基于传感器数据的配电网设备能效评估

摘要:在深人分析配电网设备上加装的各类传感器装置中数据获取情况的基础之上,综合考恩设备的能效影响因素,构建了基于传感器数据的配电网设备能效评估指标体系。根据每个指标在节能潜力、成本和难度方面对配电网设备能效的影响程度不同,构建了递阶层次结构模型,并采用层次分析法(AHP)进行指标权值计算。根据定量指标易于量化的特征,构建了对标函数,完成了定量指标能效指数的计算。从
而实现对配电网设备的能效评估。并以某实际的配电变压器算例验证了所提方法的实用性和有效性,关键词:传感器;层次分析法;指数计算;配电网设备;能效评估

3.Electric Power Research Institute,State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company Changsha 410o07,China) Abstract: On the basis of in-depth analysis on data acquisition condition in all kinds of sensor device of distribution network equipment, comprehensively considering the influence factors of energy efficiency of the equipment,the index system of energy efficiency evaluation of distribution network equipment is established. According to each index has different energy efficiency influence degree on the distribution network equipment in the energy saving potential, cost and difficulty aspects,hierarchical structure model is established, and the analytic hierarchy process( AHP ) is used to caleulate index weights. According to the characteristics of the quantitative indicators,which are easy to quantify, the benchmarking function is established, the energy efficiency index calculation of quantitative indicators is completed. Thus, energy efficiency evaluation for distribution network equipment is achieved. And an actual distribution transformer example is taken to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

0引言
随着我国经济的迅速发展,用电负荷每年都在增加,由于负荷增长速度快而配电网建设投资滞后,配电网在节能降耗方面有着很大的挖掘潜力,配电网设备的能效也有很大的提升空间[1-6]。
目前对配电网设备的全面能效评估尚缺乏准确、有效的技术手段。文献8]在分析配电网节能指标现状的基础收稿日期:2016-01-07
上,建立了农村低压配电网能效评价指标体系和综合评价模型,但对具体配电设备能效影响因素的考虑不够充分;文献9分析了不同的监管机制和财政激励措施对提高配电网能效的作用,但其局限于从管理层面提高配电网能效,未能从技术层面挖掘配电网设备的节能潜力;文献[10]和文献11]分别从配电网节能潜力定量评估方面和基于能耗优化建模的电力节能管理方面研发了配电网能效评估软
