基于Labview技术的热电阻调理模块校准方法研究

要:随着国民经济的不断发展,人民生活水平不断提高,对能源的需求也在持续不断地增加。而核电作为解决摘
能源危机的重要方式和手段,越来越得到国家的高度重视。核电数字化仪控系统(DCS)作为核电控制系统的中枢神经,主要有停堆保护机柜(RPC)、预处理机柜(PIPS)、信号隔离机柜(TU)、专设驱动机柜(ESFAC)等机柜组成,而各种控制机柜又由不同的单元模块组成。热电阻调理模块作为其重要的单元组成模块,对其精度是有一定要求的,在该模块的校准过程中,如果采用传统人工方式对模块进行校准,耗时耗力且效率低。因此,提高模块的精度校准效率,释放人力,是大批量控制柜投人核电厂应用的重要前提。本文以核电厂安全级DCS系统热电阻调理模块校准为例,对Labview在生产测试中的应用进行讨论,通过基于Labview技术的热电阻调理模块校准方法的
探讨和理论分析,以优化生产效率为前提,提出一种新的生产测试方法。关键词:Labview;热电阻调理模块;校准

Abstract: With the continuous development of the national economy, people' s living standards have heen improving and the demand for energy has been increasing, Nuclear power, as an important means to solve the energy erisis, has been paid more and more attention by the state, Nuclear power digital instrument control system(DCS), as important memher of control system, main ly consists of reactor protection cabinet(RPC), the Protection instrumentation preprocessing system ( PIPS ) , transmission unit(TU), engineered safety features actuation cabinets(ESFAC) and so on. Various control cahinets are composed of different modules. As an important unit module, resistance temperature detector has certain requirements for its aceuracy. In the process of the calibration, it is inefficient to spend time and energy using the traditional method. Therefore fatherly improving the precision calibration efficiency of the module, releasing of human is an important precondition for the large number of control cabinet into the application. This paper takes the resistance temperature detector calibration as an example, and discussing the application of labview. Based on labview technology, diseussing and theoretically analysis of the calibration method of resistance temperature
detector, a new method of production dehugging is proposed to optimize proxduction efficiency. Key words: labview; resistance temperature detector; calibration
