PHF-102催化剂与KF757/767催化剂的应用情况分析

摘要:分析了PHF-102催化剂与KF757/767催化剂在2套案油加氢精制装置的应用情况。对催化剂物化性能、装填、开工方案及应用情况进行分析。结果表明:PHF-102催化剂和KF757/767催化剂均能产出硫含量小于10μg/g的国V标准清洁案油。但KF757/67硫化钝化技术成熟热,具有开工
过程简单,时间短、或本低和安全可靠等优点。关键词:案油加氢装置;催化剂;硫化;工业应用

Abstract: The application of PHF 102 and KF757/767 in the two diesel hydrofining units of Liaoyang petrochemical company is introduced. The physical properties , loading, commissioning plan and the application of the two catalysts are compared. The results showed that, the PHF102 and KF757/767 can both produce the clean diesel oil of Guo V standard successfully, of which the sulfur content is less than 10 μg/g. The presulfiding and passivation technology of KF757/767 catalysts is proven. As compared with similar catalysts , the KF757/767 catalysts have the advantage of saving investment, simple startup procedure, short startup time and being environmentally friendly. The PHF 102 catalyst reached the intemational advanced level in grain size, shape and intensity of pressure, but in the packing density , catalytic activity and sulfur curing technology , there is a certain gap, which is the future tendency of the development of hydrogenation catalyst in our country

辽阳石化公司1.0Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置设
计以焦化汽柴油和直馏柴油(2种原料1:1)为原料,1.2Mt/a加氢精制装置设计原料为俄罗斯原油的直馏柴油,2套装置反应部分均无循环氢脱硫设施,冷高分分离方案,分留系统分别采用双塔汽提流程和单塔汽提流程。2013年1.0Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置更换为中国石油自主知识产权的PHF-102催化剂(简称PHF-102),1.2Mt/a加氢精制装置采用美国雅宝公司完全硫化的KF757门67催化剂(简称KF757门67)。文中对2种催化剂的物化性能、装填、开工方案及2套装置应用情况进行分析。
1催化剂应用情况分析 1.1催化剂物化性能
2种催化剂物化性能见表1。
(1)柴油加氢精制反应器内为气、液、固三相滴流床反应受扩散控制,应该尽可能减小催化剂粒度,而粒度的下限决定于催化剂床层的压降。为了克服粒度减小而导致床层压降上升的缺点,均采用异形三叶草和四叶草催化剂,粒径大小也相同。可见PHF-102在粒度、形状和测压强度方面已经达到KF757/767的国际先进水平。
(2)均采用Al,0,作载体,但KF757/767自然装填密度仅640~660kg/m,远小于PHF-102的750~ 850kg/m,虽然国外催化剂一些理化数据保密。
(3)金属使用和活性中心种类。柴油超深度脱硫面临的是柴油馏分中结构相对复杂且有空间位阻效应的硫化物)(如4,6-二甲基二苯并噻吩等),要保证产品满足国V标准清洁柴油要求,2种
