掺人废旧沥青混合料颗粒的二灰碎石组成优化

摘要:研究了石灰与粉煤灰的掺量对二灰碑石稳定基层温缩性能和劳裂强度的影响,以及废旧细颗粒含量对其抗冲剧性能的影响,并验证了其路用性能。结果表明:在石灰与粉煤灰的比例为1:2 时,二灰稳定碎石基层抗压强度最大:在石灰与粉煤灰的掺量为18%时,温缩系数较大,势裂强度较大;在细颗粒掺量大约为13%时,抗冲剧能力最大;与规范配合比相比,优化后的二灰稳定碎石的路用性能明显提升。

Abstract: The impact of the content of lime and fly ash on the temperature shrinkage property and splitting strength of the lime-fly ash stabilized base course was studied, as well as the impact of recycled asphalt mixture particles on the anti-erosion performance.The results show that with the proportion of lime and fly ash being 1 : 2, the compressive strength reaches its maximum when the lime and fly ash accounts for 18% of the mixture, both the temperature shrinkage coefficient and splitting strength are great; the base course has the best anti-erosion performance when the particles account for 13% of the mixture. Comparing with mix proportion recommended by the specification, the optimized composition shows significant improvement in pavement performance.

二灰稳定碎石基层是国内外道路建设中常用的基层形式,但是由于其抗裂性能较差和抗冲剧性能不足等缺点,使得其推广应用受到了一定的限制,为此,国内外的学者展开了大量研究。刘红瑛等基于击实试验设计了二灰稳定碎石级配,并采用干缩温缩试验方法深人研究了该级配下二灰稳定碎石的路用性能,通过对试验路的长期观察,证明了该级配的优越性(1-2];车法等采用正交试验方法分析二灰砂浆组成比例对其力学性能的影响,提出了骨架密实型
