【摘要】制备了氧化还原石墨烯/纳米碳酸钙杂化材料,将其与氯乙烯进行原位聚合制得了改性PVC树脂。该改性PVC树脂的刚果红试纸完全变色时间可达到28min,采用液相电导法测得的热分解诱导时间超过80min 加热后其多烯结构数量明显降低,自由基浓度与普通PVC树脂相比呈指数级降低,分子链结构上部分碳原子的结合能明显提高。

Abstract: Oxidation-reduction graphene/nano-calcium carbonate hybrid was prepared.Modified PVC resins were prepared by in-situ polymerization of vinyl chloride and the hybrid. The complete dis-coloration time of Congo red test paper of the modified PVC resins could reach 28 min. The induction time of thermal decomposition determined by liquid-phase conductometry was more than 80 min. The number of polyene structure was decreased obviously after heating. Compared with common PVC resins, the concentration of free radicals decreased exponentially. The binding energy of some carbon atoms in the molecular chain structure improved significantly.
