一不同原料路线的聚氟乙烯威本分析

【搞要]综合分析了不同原料路线PVC生产成本,包括电石乙炔法、乙烯法、等离子体制乙炔、煤制烯烃、天然气部分氧化法制乙炔、生物乙醇脱水制乙烯等。认为电石乙炔法和石油乙烯法仍是我国聚氯乙烯工业的两种主要生产工艺,且两种工艺的成本优势随着乙始和电石价格的变化呈现交替变化;我国的案氧乙烯行业未来将逐新形成西北地区采用一体化电石法工艺、沿海地区采用乙烯法工艺的格局;高煤少油的资源特点决定了电石法PVC 生产工艺仍将在很长一段时期内主导我国的PVC产业。

Abstract: The authors analysed the production cost of PVC from different raw materials, including acetylene from calcium carbide, ethylene from oil, acetylene by plasma method, olefins from coal, acetylene from natural gas by partial oxidation method, ethylene from bio-ethanol dehydration, etc. The calcium carbide acetylene method and the oil ethylene method were still the two major production processes in China's PVC industry, and the cost advantage of the two processes will alternate with the change of ethylenes and calcium carbides prices. A situation would form in Chinas PVC industry in the future,that was,the integrated calcium carbide method would be predominate in northwest China while the ethylene method would be prevalent in Chinas coast area.The resource characteristics rich in coal and short of oil determined that the calcium carbide method would lead Chinas PVC industry for a very long period.
