摘要:针对致密储层基质块衰竭开采问题,通过数值模拟方法比较了岩心尺度对单个因索影响的敏感度。结果显示:(1)在岩心长度较短时,原油最终采出程度随原油黏度、岩心渗透率等因索的变化不明显。(2)对渗透率相同的岩心面言,岩心长度越大,原油最终采出程度越低,说明随着岩心长度的增加,启动压力梯度的差异发挥了作用,原油黏度、岩心渗透率等因素对原油采出程度的影响越来越大。(3)针对长岩心,将不同变量组合起来进行正交试验分析,通过极差分析法得出了长岩心采出程度的影响因素排序为:压力>长度>渗透率> 时间>黏度。

Abstract: In the light of the problem of the depletion production of the matrix blocks in the tight reservoirs, with the help of numerical simulating method, the sensitivity degree of the core dimension to the individual influencing factor was compared. The achievements show that (1) when the core length is rather short, the final produced de-gree of the crude oil changes less or unobviously with the oil viscosity, core permeability and other factors; (2) For the cores with the same permeability, the longer the core is, the lower the final recovery degree of the crude oil will be. This indicates that with the increase of the core length, the difference of the starting pressure gradient plays a role, and the impact degrees of the oil viscosity and core permeability on the degree are becoming more and more serious; (3) in the light of the long core, the different variables are combined to carry out orthogonal test analysis, and moreover with the help of the range method, the order of the influencing factors on the produced degree of the long core is shown as follows: pressure> length> permeability> time> viscosity.
