高铁吊悬部件的模具设计与制造

摘要:在高铁上需要一种专用的吊悬部件,该部件实际用量较大,使用频繁,承载力大,易磨损,单件生产成本高,制造难度大,而且由于该部件的磨损会影响车辆在轨道上正常行驶。针对吊悬部件的实际使用工作环境及条件,结合UG软件进行了模具设计,使之适用于大批量生产。根据实际生产条件,安排模具加工工艺路线,并使用UG 软件进行加工程序的编制,采用加工中心加工模具。生产实践证明,该模具适合批量生产吊悬部件。

Abstract: A dedicated suspension part is needed on high speed train. The actual consumption of the part is large and it is frequently used. Its bearing capacity is large and it is casy to wcar. The cost and difficulty of the single picce production are high and the wear of the part will affect the normal driving of the train. In this paper, considering the actual work-ing conditions and environmcnt, the die of suspension parts was designed by UG software to mect the requirements of mass production. Considering the actual production conditions, the processing procedures of the die was arrangcd, the processing program was made by UG software and the manufacture was achieved by machining center. The die was suitable for mass production of suspension parts.
