摘要:针对结合齿精加工过程中的表面脱碳问题,进行了加热温度对表面脱碳层厚度影响的研究。在600~1250℃选择了22个温度值对结合齿进行锻造成形,之后切取样块,在金相显微镜下测量脱碳层深度。结果显示:在600~800℃未发现脱碳层;随着加热温度的升高,齿件表面脱碳层厚度几乎呈线性增大;综合考虑表面脱碳和材料流动性,确定锻造前加热温度应控制在800~950℃。最后,通过分析结合齿的完

Analysis on surface decarburization of the forged conjunction gear

Abstract: In view of the surface dccarburization of conjunction gear during the process of precision forging, an experimental study of the heating temperature effect on the thickness of dccarburized layers was conducted. In the range of 600 to 1 250'C, 22 temperature valucs were selected to shape the conjunction gear. Then, the test block was cut and the depth of the decarburized layer was mcasured under a metallographic microscope. The cxperimcntal results showed that no decarburized layer was found betwccn 600~800'C. With the incrcase of heating tempcrature, the thickness of the decarburized layer increased almost linearly. Considering the surfacc dccarburization and thc flowability of the material, the heating temperaturce bcfore forging should be controlled at 800~950'C. By analyzing the complete process of the conjunction gcar, preventive measures such as graphite pre-coated, installa-tion of firc curtains at the furnace mouth and proper increase of carbon potential in the nor-mal furnace were suggested.
