[Abstract) IMD (InMold Decoration) is a new kind of technology in injection process in recent years , because it has the advantage that the general injection molding piece doesn't have. It was quietly popularized, in household appliance, mobile phone, automobile industry has been widely used. Its changeable color, rich texture,and high quality of surface have a great attraction to customers. Especially easy to clean and easy to replace are the most satisfactory place for manufacturers and customers. The experience of insert film mold design and manufacture is introduced, and it is hoped to be used for reference
