口集装箱船绑扎设计优化

摘要:散口集装箱船在沿海和江海水域发展迅速,特别是从武汉到洋山港的集装箱船,基本上均为口型。内贸箱的转运数量较大,内贸箱船对均箱重、堆重和箱量等要求均较高,但散口集装箱船吃水小、型宽大且GM值大,在舱口围板以上的层高和堆重受到限制。从集装箱绑扎设计的角度,操讨口集装箱船的一些特点,对此类船舶的
绑扎设计进行优化,以使其装箱量和载重量均最大化,给相关专业的设计人员提供参考。关键词:散口集装箱船:导轨:堆重;绑扎

Abstract; Hatchless container ship is developing rapidly for the coastal and sea-river shipping. Especially, container ships from Wuhan to Yangshan port are mostly hatchless, Transshipment number of internal trade containers is large. Higher average weight per container, greater stack weight and stacking number are required for internal trade container ships, But hatchless container ships are usually with small draft, big breadth and big GM, The height and weight above the hatch coaming are re stricted., This paper investigates some characteristics of hatchless container ships from the angle of container lashing design, and optimizes the lashing design of such vessels, to maximize their stacking number and weight.

散口集装箱船为无舱盖的集装箱船,其机构简单,集装箱装卸便捷,能缩短船舶的在港时间,具有较好的经济性,是近年来长江航运力推的船型,特别是洋山深水港建成后有大量的集装箱货源,散口集装箱船得到迅速发展,从武汉到洋山港的集装箱船,基本均为散口型集装箱船。内贸箱的转运数量大,内贸箱船对均箱重、堆重和箱量要求都比较高,但散口集装箱船的吃水小、型宽大且GM值大,舱口围板以上的层高和堆重受到限制。从集装箱绑扎设计的角度,探讨散口集装箱船的部分特点,并对此类船舶的绑扎设计进行优化,使其装箱量和载重量达到最大化,为相关专业设计提供参考。
散口集装箱船的特点
散口集装箱船的货舱部分上、下连成一体,无舱内和甲板之分。每个货舱的前、后舱壁都设置了贯通的集装箱装卸导轨,部分船在每个40ft(1ft~1.3048m)集装箱箱角位置均设置导轨,该导轨不仅具有足够
