摘要:环玛湖凹陷二叠系风城组“甜点体"储层物性差,部分层段上部竭压力较低且含有大量可溶性碳酸盐(HCO,和CO}-),极易造成井径扩大,但地层岩性致密,地层出水可能性较小,为此在该区块 FN-14井四开段开展了氮气钻井试验。鉴于FN-14井为新疆油田首次实施的开窗侧钻氮气钻井,通过分析四开段地层岩性及井眼的稳定性情况以及侧钻存在的主要风险,采取了优化四开段并身结构及筛选合适的钻具组合、分段气举一系列技术措施,确定了适合该区块同层段氮气钻井参数、气举工艺和钻进技术实施方案。现场试验结果表明,FN-14井四开氮气钻并提速效果明显,能有效规避侧钻
引起的主要风险,为今后该区块老井开窗侧钻钻井提供了宝贵经验。关键调:环玛湖凹陷;二叠系风城组;氮气钻井;气举工艺;开窗侧钻

Abstract: Preservation property of sweet spot in Fengcheng group of Permian in circum-mahu depression is poor,part of collapse pres sure is lower and upper layer contains lots of soluble carbonate( HCO, and CO;- ) ,it's easy to cause hole enlargement,but the forma-tion lithology density ,making chance of formation water breakthrough has low probability,for this reason, nitrogen drilling test was car ried out in the No. 4 developing section of FN-14 well. Due to it's the first time for sidetracking nitrogen drlling on the implementation of Xinjiang oil field at FN-14 well,through analyzing the lithology of No, 4 developing section, the stability of well bore,and the main risk of sidetracking drilling,a series of technical measures were adopted as follows : optimizing the structure of well bore in No. 4 develo ping section,choosing the appropriate bottom hole assembly , and so on, Nitrogen drilling parameters of gas lift technies and plan of drll ing technology were also detemined. The comprehensive site results show thal,the effect of improving dilling rate for No.4 developing section of FN-14 well is obvious ,can effectively avoid main risk caused by sidetracking,and has provided the valuable experience for the future window sidetracking drilling-

氮气钻井是以氮气为主要循环介质的欠平衡钻井技术,主要用于提高钻井速度、发现和保护气层,低压破碎地层应用氮气钻井技术能有效解决长井段井漏的间题(1-5)。国外从20世纪50年代开始应用
氮气钻井技术,主要用于开发低渗、衰竭、易漏储层,并成功用于海上钻井,从工艺和理论分析上均处于世界领先水平(6-8]。我国氮气钻井起步较晚,直到 21世纪初,才陆续在川渝地区油气田、胜利油田、大庆油田、新疆油田等用氮气为气基流体进行钻进,但由于各油田存在地质条件差异,仍有一系列问题尚
