均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架材料的成形工艺及

摘要:采用热压工艺,利用正交试验方法,确定了均苯型聚既亚胺的成形工艺参数,研究了温度对聚酰亚胺保持架材料拉伸强度、硬度和摩擦学的影响,分析了装有均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架轴承的高温高速适应性和抗贫油能力。结果表明:工艺优化后的均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架材料260‘C时拉伸强度为71MPa,拉伸强度保持率为 64.5%,硬度和磨损量儿乎不变,装有均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架的轴承高温高速适应性良好,抗贫油能力优于装有传统销保持架的轴承。

Abstract : Using orthogonal experimental, the molding process parameters of Polypyromelliticimide were determined by hot pressing process,the effect of temperature on tensile strength, shore hardness and tribology performance of PI cage materials were studied. On this basis, the adaptability to high temperature and high speed and anti starved lubrication performance of Polypyromelliticimide cage were also studied. The results show that the tensile strength of Polypyromel-liticimide cage material processed in optimized technology is 71 MPa, the retention of tensile strength reached 64. 5% , the shore hardness and wear loss are almost unchanged at 260 °C. The bearing with Polypyromelliticimide cage had ex-cellent adaptability of high temperature and high speed, and its anti starved lubrication performance is superior to bearing with traditional copper cage and can be used in aero engine bearing.

目前,高温高速轴承保持架多由金属材料制成。随着合成工业的进步,特种工程塑料的耐热等级目益增高,如均苯型聚酰亚股(P)长期工作温度不低于350℃,聚苯并咪唑(PBI)可以耐受400℃的高温。Vespel@SP均苯型PI保持架已应用于直升机变速器轴承,该轴承在润滑失灵后还能继续运转24h。Vespel@SCP5000
