摘要：2013年11月24日，由于京邮长输管线内丘段因人为破坏突发泄漏，引发了邢台全市范围内停
气，当日凌晨1时4分，邢台燃气有限任公司接到报整，在高压天然气管道泄漏事件应急处置过程中，我公司紧密配合省天然气公司果断处置、抢险及时，使突发不利险情得到了有效控制，并迅速稳安地恢复了供气，不仅保证了人民群众生命财产安全，也保障了下游工业、餐饮用户未受较大影响，现对整个事件过程进行分析，

Abstract: On Novemher 24th,2013,in the Neiqiu county of Xingtai city, the Xingtai to Handan longdisantanee gas
transmission pipeline suddenly hroke, which. belong to Hebei natural gas company limited, caused the most areas of Xingtai city gas supplies cut, After receiveing the alarm , Xingtai gas company rescue workers rushed to the scene immediately, whose made concerted effort for the Hebei natural gas company. During residents without gas period, we guaranteed the safety of people's life and property. The Xingtai city restored gas supplies after 19 huors ,through the joint efforts of both sides.
