新建加气母站冬季生产运行风险识别与研究

转。加气母站的第一次冬季运营，在设备管理和安全运行叉有其特殊性，本文以山东管道公司某新建加气母站冬季运行的注意问题进行风险识别与研究，主要从生产运行人员管理和设备运行方面进行阐述，为新建加气母站的第一次生产运行提供参考。

Abstract:Compared with natural gas station, primary filling station is high-pressure, has more pneumatic
equipment, operate complicated and multiple devices need to cooperate with. The first winter production has its particularity in equipment management and safety operation. Take Shandong pipeline company new filling station as a example, recognize the problems of risks identification and study on winter operation from the production operation management and equipment operation, and provide the reference for the new primary filling station operation

山东管道公司某加气母站在2013年5月份单机调试并进行联合试车，运转良好，待到11月份办理完成全部所需营业手续后正式开业，此时已进入冬季，压缩机、脱水装置、仪表等动设备的运行环境与调试期间有很大不同，加气母站生产人员认真分析冬季生产面临的困难和可能遇到的状况，有效识别风险并制定相应措施，确保了第一个冬季的安全可靠生产。
