天然气管网压力能利用研究进展

摘
要:高压管网输送的天然气在调压过程中释放巨大的压力能,通过降压设备将这部分能量有效圆收
用于发电、天然气脱水、轻烃分离、LNG及NGH调峰、橡胶粉碑和冷床等领域。具体描述了联合循环发电和回收压力能所制得的冷能在冷库中的运用。针对天然气供气不平衡、调压站分布不集中以及能量高效利用的问题,提出了改进方案,充分利用膨胀机输出的功驱动压缩机等设备的运转,将断胀制得的冷量运用在相应的冷产业中,保证了压力能的高效利用。

In order to resolvethe problems of the nature gas supply imbalance, pressure regulating stations dispersion and using effectively of energy, some improvement suggestions are proposed, The output power of turboexpander is recovered for driving the compressor and other equipments, Cold energy obtained in the process of step-down pressure is used in the coresponding industries. These all can ensure the efficient use of pressure energy
