特大型调心滚子轴承成品径向跳动的检测

摘要:受调心性能和尺寸较大的影响,特大型调心滚子轴承成品的径向跳动无法直接准确检测,只能检测外图外径相对外滚道的跳动和内图内径相对内滚道的跳动间接控制,因此,根据调心滚子轴承的特点设计了专用的
检测平台,可实现特大型调心滚子轴承成品的径向跳动的直接检测。关键词:调心滚子轴承;特大型轴承;径向跳动;检测平台

Therefore, the specialized measuring platform is designed aocording to characteristics of spherical roller bear ings, and the direct measurement is realized for radial runout of finished extra large size spherical roller bearings Key words : spherical roller bearing: extra large size bearing; radial runout; measuring platform
1调心滚子轴承成品跳动检测现状
如图1所示,调心滚子轴承具有2列球面滚子,主要承受径向载荷,广泛应用于水泥、风电、冶金、造纸、减速机等行业。调心滚子轴承的旋转精度不仅影响轴承运转时的工作性能及被支承零件的旋转精度,而具且反映了轴承的制造精度。为保证轴承安装后具有合适的旋转精度,就必须控制和检测调心滚子轴承的内圈径向跳动K,和外圈径向跳动K21。
对于小型调心滚子轴承,K,的测量方法如图
2所示:将轴承放在倾斜45°的平台上,用2个固定挡块支承外圈,测头置于内圈内径中部,外圈静止,转动内圈2周以上测得最大值与最小值差即
