【摘要】不动产测绘是整个不动产叠记过程的基础，我国不动产登记目前还处在起步阶段，国，必频加强不动产的相关技术研究，只有这样才能促进不动产测绘技术的发展，从而进一步加强我围的不动产登记工作。作为内测绘领城的一个新天地，探讨不动产测绘的数据空阔基准问题械具重要意义。论文对不动产测绘空间基准技术进行了论速，具体包括选择控制点与坐标转换方法等，并研究其转换模型。

所谓不动产，其实就是根据法律规定或者自然特定的固定资产，例如探矿权、土地以及房屋等土地附着物和没有脱离土地的土地生成物，由于人力或自然添附在土地中且无法分离的其他物。国家在近些年决定对不动产登记职责进行整合，并有效创建不动产统一登记制度，至此，我国各地相继开始成立不动产登记部门，其中，不动产测绘是一个新兴的测绘领域，所以要加强对不动产测绘各方面的探析。随着我国各级政府先后组建不动产登记局，作为国内测绘领域的一个新天

2数据空间基准的相关内容分析 2.1整理资料，明确控制点
要对土地、草原、海域、房屋等不动产的国家含义标准以及不同省市的数据进行有效收集，同时有效归整各个坐标系的控制数据，在此基础上比较分析各个等级、精度、测绘基准的控制测量数据，同时挑选出其中分布较均匀且精度较为匹配的不动产测绘控制数据，作为坐标转换的有效基础控制数据。
2.2坐标转换方法
研究出精确的坐标系转换方法能在很大程度上减少数据损失，促进不同垒标系间的无缝统计，在对坐标系转换问题等
