【摘要】绿色建筑评价标准作为推动绿色建策发展的重委工具，如何增强其准确性、科学性、客观性一直是研究的重点，非地域性指标作为绿色建筑评价标准的重要组成部分，具有更广泛的适用性和更强的参考性，然而到目前为止，对此方向的研究却很少，论文从非地城性指标和权重设置两方面出发，对LBED和绿色建筑评价标准》进行对比，详细分析了相关指标的差异，并提出了相应的改善建议，以期为地方性评价标准的建立和既有标准的更新提供指导，促进我国绿色建筑的发展
[Abstract ]Green building assessment methods play an important role to promote the development of green building projects, At present, how to enhance the acuracy, science and objectivity ofthese assessment methods has become a bot topic, Non-regional criteria, as an important part of the green building assessment method, offer a good reference and have an extensive applicability However, little work has been done in this area. Therefore, in this paper, non-regional criteria and their weightage of Assessment Standard for Green Building and LEED are comparatively investigated. The differences ofnon-regional criteria were analyzedin detail and the suggestions forimprovement were proposed. The results willprovide usefil infomation for the renovation of existing

1引言

展是建筑行业目前和未来的必然趋势旧。为了指导和规范绿色建筑市场，各国制定了相应的评价体系，比如，美国的LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)、英国的 BREEAM(Building Research Establishment Environmental AssessmentMethod）等，我国也结合实际情况于2006年颁布了《绿色建筑评价标准》来推动绿色建筑发展。
