建筑市场信用模糊综合评价及实证分析

(SchoolofCivilandArchitectural Engineering,Zhengzhou Institute ofAeronautical IndustryManagement,Zhengzhou450015,China)【摘要】建就市场信用是建就市场健康发展的保证。从政府、业主、承包商和中介结构四个方面构建了建航市场信用指标体系，同时应用层次分析法为指标体系的各层次指标赋佳，这周多重模期练合评价法对建筑市场信用指标保系进行了综合评价，录后以实例期速了建就市场信用据样依系的具体应用。实证分新表明，该方法使于计算，速用性强，是对建航市场信用评价的一种有效方法。
[Abstract]Building market credit is a guarantee of the construction market healthy development.In the article, based on govemment,owner, contractor and intermediary organization, an evaluation index system of building market credit is presented, and the index weight is determined by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the corresponding assessment model is established by using the multiple fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, an example is given to illustrate the specific application ofthe modeL.Empirical example shows that the model is convenient to calculate and ofbetter

近年来，我国经济快速增长，基础设施建设与城市化

式印发了《建筑市场诚信行为信息管理办法》和《全国建筑市场各方主体不良行为记录认定标准》，对加强市场监管，转变政府职能，防止建筑领城腐败和拖欠工程款起到了极大的促进作用目。
但由于建筑市场信用涉及面广，构成复杂，是一个错综复杂的信用关系网络，建筑市场信用建设依然任重而道远。为了衡量建筑市场信用建设的成效，需要用一种科学合理的方法进行评价。本文结合建筑市场信用的有关知识和建筑市场的实际情况，构建了建筑市场信用评价指标体系，并采用模糊综合评价祛对建筑市场信用的水平进行了评价。

建筑信用评价指标体系指标建立原则
