分层式自动分类包装一体机设计

摘要：电子商务的高速发展，随之而来堆积如山的包裹及其分类是电子商业从业人员面临的一个大难题。设计的全自动包装分类一体机主要是针对不同外形、尺寸的商品进行包装、分类。装置包括上层的薄膜包装装置以及设置在下层的分类装置。上层装置包括商品宽度检测装置、摆正装置、利用商品在传送过程中与切制机接触面积的大小判断完成的自动包覆膜以及切膜装置与热收缩膜装置；下层包括高度筛选板，高度筛选板将落料板分为不同的落料路径，每条落料路径上分别设有宽度筛选机构。
自动包装分类一体机兼具包装和分类功能，节能环保、占用空间小、一体化程度高，能够大大减轻从业人员的分栋工作。关键词：自动包装分类；上下层结构；不同外形；不同尺寸；自动切膜

Abstract: It is a a big problem for the electronice business practitioners that is the rapid development of Ecommerce and the consequent mountains of package and its classification. In this paper, the design of the automatic packaging machine is mainly for packaging and classificating different shapes, sizes of goods. The device conprises an upper layer film packaging derice and a classification device arranged on the lower layer. The upper device includs commodity width detecting apparatus, centralizing device, the use of commodity in the transmission process and cutting machine contact area size to determine the complete automatic package film and cutting film device and a heat shrinkable film device; the lower layer includs height of screen plate, the height of the screen plate will fall plate divided into different blanking path. Each drop feeding path are respectively provided with a width of screening mechanism. Automatic packaging and sorting machine with the functions of packaging and classification, energy saving, environmental protection, small space occupation, high degree of integration, can greatly reduce the sorting work of people.

步入二十一世纪，互联网成为人们生活不可或缺的部分。2015年7月4日，经李克强总理签批，国务院印发关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》。这是推动互联网由消费领域向生产领域拓展，加速提升产业发展水平，增强各行业创新能力，构筑经济社会发展新优势和新动能的重要举措。在零售、电子商务等领域，近年来都可以看到和互联网的结合。2014年，中国网民数量达6.49亿，网站400多万家，电子商务交易额超过13方亿元人民币。在全球网络企业前10强排
名中，有4家企业在中国，互联网经济成为中国经济的最大增长点。2015年11月12日，第七个天猫双11全球狂欢节落下惟幕，全天交易额达 912.17亿元，其中无线交易额为626.42亿元，无线成交占比68.67%。
