摘要:烟气冷凝换热器可以有效回收烟气中水蒸气的潜热,提高锅炉热效率。国标上采用天然气低位发热量作为输入热量,反平衡热效率计算中未考虑冷凝回收热量,导致正、反平衡热效率差值大于2%,锅炉热效率计算方法已经不适用于烟气冷凝锅炉。固此,建立了燃气锅炉系统能量模型,提出计算烟气冷凝锅炉热效率的修正公式和造用条件。从计算结果上看,修正后反平衡热效率比修正前提高0.8%~2.8%,更接近正平衡热效率。修正方法可以更客观地评价冷凝锅炉的技术及节能优势,

Study on Calculation Method of Thermal Efficiency in the Flue-gas Condensation Boiler Wang Yushi, Tang Manhong, Li Peng, Ge Su'an
Abstract: Fluegas condensation heat exchanger can effectively recover the latent heat from the steam in flugas and improve thermal efficiency of the boiler. The lower heating value of natural gas is used as heat input in the national standard. The condensation recovery heat is not considered in antibalance thermal efficiency calculation , so the different valve between positive balance and antibalance efficien cy is more than 2%, and the celculation method of boiler thermal efficiency is not suitable for the flue gas condensation boiler. Therefore, system energy model of the gas boiler is established, and the cor rection formula and applicable conditions of thermal efficiency for the fluegas condensation boiler are proposed. The calculation results show that after correction, antibalance heat efficiency incredses by 0.8% ~ 2.8% , which is closer to positive balance heat efficiency. The technology and energy saving

燃气锅炉燃烧天然气产生的烟气中含有大量水蒸气,水蒸气约占烟气体积的19%左右,释放的汽化潜热大约可占天然气低位发热量的11%"。燃气锅炉排烟温度较高,一般在90~150℃之间,烟气通常直接排人到大气中,烟气携带的水蒸气潜热无法被利用,造成燃气锅炉排热损失较大。因此,在燃气锅炉对流段上安装烟气冷凝换热器(以下简称烟气冷凝燃气锅炉),目的是降低排烟温度,既可回收烟气显热,又可回收烟气中水蒸气冷爵释放的潜热,从而实现节能减排,

低位发热量作为燃料输人热量基准,认为燃气锅炉排烟温度高,烟气中的水蒸气压力很低,通常不会凝结,计算排烟熔值时采用气态水蒸气的比热,这部分热量不能被利用(即水蒸气释放汽化潜热未计人燃料发热量之内)。烟气冷凝燃气锅炉排烟温度可降至40~60℃之间,水蒸气部分或全部冷凝释放潜热:燃料人热量实际值已经大于其低位发热量,故GB/T10180不适用于安装了烟气冷凝换热器的燃气锅炉。
