摘要:普光气田是目前国内正在开发的H,S和CO,含量最高的气田,设备管线出现腐蚀破裂的概率很高。为避免出现离蚀破裂事故,近期开展了集气站场全面检修。通过对站场内不同材质管线、设备客器的局部腐蚀部位和扁蚀原因进行分析,发现投产时间长、产杂质及水多、未透行过检修的设备管线局部扁蚀较明显,主要原因为:设备内高酸气含有压井酸液、地层水、疏沉况积等大量物质,并未能及时拉运、冲砂:
管线和容器内未涂防腐层或防腐涂层脱落,加快了局
部腐蚀;高压设备和管线受酸性气体、液体的冲蚀较为严重。为避免腐蚀情况的进一步加剧,保障集气站场管线设备处于受控状态,生产运行过程中需要加强酸液拉运、冲砂作业的管理,

Factor Analysis on Equipment and Pipeline Corrosion of Gas Gathering Stations in Pu-guangGas Field

Abstract: Puguang Gas Field is a developing gas field with the highest level of H,S and CO; in Chi na, so the corrosion cracking probability of equipments dnd pipelines there is high. In order to dvoid corrosion cracking accidents, recently complete overhaul of gos gathering stations is launched Through analyzing corrosion parts and reasons of pipelines and equipments with different materials in the stations, it is found that local corrosion of equipments and pipelines with long production time, more impurities and water, and no maintenance is obvious. The main reasons are: high acid gas in equipments contains a lot of substances such as kill acid liquid, formation water and sulfur deposition and pulling work and sand removal are not timely done: pipelines with no anticorrosive coating and fall-ing out coating speed up the local corrosion; high pressure equipment and pipelines are seriously washed out by acid liquid and gas. In order to avoid further corrosion situation being more serious and ensure the pipelines and equipments in gas gathering stations under control, it is necessary to strengthen the man agement of acid liquid pulling and sand removal in production and operation. 普光气田采出气平均H,S浓度为15.16%,平均 CO浓度为8.64%,是目前我国正在开发的含H,S、 CO最高的高含硫气田",具有“三高一深”的特点,即产量高、压力高、硫化氢含量高和气藏埋藏深,因此开发难度、风险和对集输系统材质的要求非常高。目前,普光气田已经投产运行超过6 年,为避免出现腐蚀破裂事故,近期进行多座集气站场全面检修,发现一些站场的管线和设备存在不同程度的局部腐蚀。为了进一步控制高含硫气田集
