摘要:为了有效保证中俄东线天然气管道在寒冷地区的止象性能,需要明确管道的最低设计温度,而到目前为止,在国内理地输气管道工程设计中对管道的最低设计温度未造行确定。通过对国内外主要输气管道标准和国外寒冷地区典型输气管道工程的解读与分析,同时结合我国寒冷地区埋地输气管道的特点,推荐理地输气管道最低设计温度选取0℃(管道埋设于冻土线以下)和管项理深处最冷月单日最低地温值并向下围整至5℃的倍数(管道理设于冻土线以上)。建议中俄东线天然气管道工程线路埋地管道最低设计温度选取-5C。提出最低设计温度的确定原则、方法和推荐值,为今后的工程建设提供一定的借鉴与参考

Selection of the Minimum Design Temperature of Buried Gas Transportation Pipelines in Cold Regions

Abstract: In order to ensure the crack arrest performance of ChinaRussia Eastern Natural Gas Pipe line in cold regions, the minimum design temperature of pipelines should be clarified. However, un til now the minimum design temperature of pipelines is not determined in domestic buried gas transpor tation pipeline project designing.Through the interpretation and analysis of main standards for gas transportation pipelines at home and abroad and typicel gas transportation pipeline projects in cold re-gions abroad, and combined with the characteristics of buried gas transportation pipelines in cold re gions of our country, it is recommended that the minimum design temperature of buried gas transpor tation pipelines should be O C (when pipelines are buried below the permafrost line) and the minimum value of the geotemperature in the single day of the coldest month with rounding downwards to a mul-tiple of 5 °C (when pipelines are buried above the permafrost line). It is suggested that the minimum design temperature of buried pipelines of China Russia Eastern Natural Gas Pipeline Project should be 5 C. The principle of certainty, method and recommended value of the minimum design tem perature are proposed, which provides certain references for future project construction
