清管器运行过程中的旁通特性

摘要:清管器运行过程中与管壁间会产生旁通,为保障清管效果和通球安全,有必要对清管器的旁通特性进行研完。为分析清管器发生旁通时的规律及影响因素,利用 Fluent动网格技术,建立清管器旁通二维瞬态模型,动态模拟清管过程中发生旁通时流场的变化及影响固素,并对比泡沫清管器与清管球的旁通特性及密封性能。研究表明:旁通处会出现明显压力降低、流速升高的现象,且清管器前部会出现涡流;旁通流体的流速随压差增大而升高,但升高趋势逐渐减缓,两者为军函数关系;相同旁通率和压差条件下,泡沫清管器旁通量远小于清管球的旁量,密封效果更好

the influence of pressure difference to the flux, also the bypassing characteristics and sealing performance between foam pig and sphericel pig are contrasted by this model. The study shows that the pressure of fluid reduces and flow rate incredses obviously at bypass place; there is distinct eddy current in the front of the pig, but no disturbance behind. The velocity of bypassing fluid incredses with increment of the pressure difference accords with power func tion relationship, but the increment slows down gradually. The foam pig's bypass flux is far less than the spherical pig's in the same bypass rate and pressure difference condition, so the seeling effect of foam pig is better.

在石油天然气工业中,清管器对管道的清洁、检测、维护、运行等发挥着重要作用1-4)。国内某输油管道当前使用可以连续发射的清管球对管道进行定期清理,但受清管球密封效果及磨损的影响在实际清管操作中清管球与管壁间产生了一定的旁通,导致实际通球时间远大于计算时间,且低输量下出现清管球停止运动滞留管内的现象。目前,国内外对于中间开孔射流清管器的研究较多-7,但对于无泄流孔的清管器在运行过程中与管壁间产生的旁通的研究很少。为保证清管效果和通球安全,有必要对清管球在管道运行过程中的旁通特性进行研
