摘要:近年来,油井设务被盗事件时有发生,给油并的安全生产带来了隐惠。为此,采取了在抽油机井中轴处安装三鉴探测器,在采油树上安装单向流量计等防盗措施,但这些措施都存在设备自身不防盗,误报、漏报率高等问题。光纤振动型油井防盗远程监控报警系统主要由光纤传感器、前端处理器、GPRS通信模块及监控中心组成,该系统通过检测油并周围的振动信号,判断油井周图是否有异常情况发生。通过进行冬、夏季的模拟试验表明,系统具有隐蔽性好、抗干扰能力高、适应性强、可靠性高和安装简单等特点,可为视频报警联动系统的完善提供技术储备。

Abstract: In recent years, oil well equipment are often stolen, which brings hidden danger to the safe production of oil wells. Therefore, antitheft measures such as installing the threehead detector on the middle part of pumping oil wells and installing the oneway flow meter on the Christmas tree are taken. But above devices are not antitheft themselves, and their false alarm and nonresponse rates are high. The optical fiber vibration antitheft remote monitoring alarm system is mainly com posed of an optical fiber sensor, a front end processor, a mobile terminal and a display controller. It can judge whether there are something unusual around oil wells by detecting the vibration signal around oil wells. The simulation experiment in winter and summer shows that the system has advantages of good hidden property, high antiinterference ability, strong adaptability, good reliability, simple in-
stallation and so on, which can provide technical reserves for the video alarm linkage system. Key words: oil wells; antitheft system; monitoring; experiment; stability
近年来,抽油机井井口盗油、破坏井口设施等事件时有发生,给油井的安全生产带来了隐患。普采取在抽油机中轴处安装三鉴探测器,在采油树上安装单向流量计与视频系统组成报警联动系统等多种防盗措施,但这些措施都存在设备自身不防盗误报率、漏报率高等问题。为此开发研制了光纤振动型油井防盗远程监控报警系统,其采集前端埋在地下,克服了设备自身安全问题,试验成功后可作为油井报警联动的技术储备。
