【摘要】介绍了一种数字多功能专用消防给水设备控制器，包格：可端程逐辑控制器，其上设置有控制指今接收端口、消防系控制端口和变频控制端口，控制指今接收端口用于接收数字式控制指今，消防泵控制端口用于连接至消防累主控制国路控制消防系的启动或停止，变频控制端口用于速换至变频器控制变频器的运行；压力传感器用于速接在消防给水管网中以检测管网压力，产生模拟压力信号；PID调节器，用于处理旗拟压力信号后传输给变频器以控制变频器的输出频率，且将模拟压力信号转换为数字信号传输给可编程还辑控制器，该控制器还可以包括模数换模块、显示屏记录模块、网络接口模块和短信呼出模换，设备实现了数字化控制，提高了控制准确性和消防给水设备的可靠性，
[Abstract] This article has introduced a digital multi-functional dedicated fire water supply equipment controller, It includes the programmable logical controller which equipped with the control instruction receive port, fire pump control port and the frequency control port, The control instruction receive port is responsible for receiving digital control instructions, The fire pump control port can connect to the fire pump main control loop thus control the start or stop ofthe fire pump; the frequency control portis usedto connectand control the operation ofthefrequency inverter, The pressure sensor connectsto the fire water supply network in order to detect the pressure of the pipe network as well as produce the analog pressure signal. The PID regulator is used to process the analog pressure signals which transmitted to the frequency inverter to control the output frequency. Then the analog pressure signal is converted to the digital signal which transmitted to the programmable logical controller, The controller can also include the analog-digital conversion module, the display record module, the network interface module and the Outgoing SMS module, This equipment can provide digital control which significantly improves the controlaccuracyand thereliabilityofthesystem.
