【摘要】连云港职业技术学院新校区规模校大，建筑单体多，平面布置分敏，校区所有建筑单体统一设有水源热泵中央空调系统，各种配套设施齐全，校区消防工程具有系统要求高、区城规模大、布局分散等特点，文章介绍了新校区消防给水系统的设计特点及实际运行状况，重点对新校区区城联合集中消防给水系统的适用范图、消防外管网合一、无负压给水设备取代消防水池及室外消防管材选用等方面的设计进行了优化探讨。

连云港职业技术学院新校区位于中国黄海之滨、海州湾畔、新亚欧大陆桥东方桥头堡、江苏省连云港市风景秀丽的云台山麓。新校区鸟激图见图1。校区规划用地76.867hm(1153 由)，总建筑面积约50×10m，一期工程建筑面积33×10m，近期学生规模12000人，远期为15000人。校区2007年10月开工至2008年9月基本建成。新校区一期分为行政办公教学
