基于RSE-M规范核电厂反应堆压力容器堆焊层
缺陷的断裂力学分析与评定

商要:针对役前检查发现的泰山核电二期扩建工程4号机组反应堆压力容器堆焊层缺陷,采摘
用法国核岛设备设计和建造规则协会(AFCEN)制定的&压水堆核岛机械设备在役检查规则(RSE M)》对其进行了断裂力学分析与评定,并与《ASME锅炉及压力容器规范(ASMEB&PVC):第XI卷分析与评定结果进行了比较。结果表明:此工作形成了RSE-M规范断裂力学分析与缺陷评定的工程应用方法,与ASME方法相比此工程应用方法其有一定的保守性;提出的裂纹尖端应力强度固子K,
具体计算方法,弥补了RSE-M以及ASMEB&PVC第XI卷中断裂力学相关内容的缺失。关键词:断裂力学;缺陷评定;反应堆压力容器;堆焊层;RSE-M规范

Fracture Mechanics Analysis and Evaluation Based on RSE-M Code for Defect on Reactor Pressure Vessel Cladding in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract : Using the In-Service Inspection Rules for Mechanical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands (RSE M) issued by AFCEN, the fracture mechanics analysis and evaluation of the defect, which was found by pre-service examination on the reactor pressure vessel cladding of unit 4 for Qinshan nuclear power phase IIl expansion project, was analyzed and compared to the analysis and evaluation results using ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code(ASME B&.PVC) Section XI. The results show that the engineering application method of RSE-M fracture mechanics analysis and evaluation of defects was developed, and it showed a relatively conservative comparing to the method of ASME. The caleulation method of erack tip stress intensity factor K, was proposed, which can make up for the lack of relevant content of the fracture mechanics in RSE-M and ASME B&.PVC Section XI.

秦山核电二期扩建工程4号机组反应堆压力容器(简称4"RPV)在役前检查时,采用经过能力验证的自动超声波检测系统(UT)检测时发现,靠近过渡段与下部堆芯筒体环焊缝的内表面不锈钢堆焊层中存在缺陷。缺陷位于堆焊层与不锈钢母材结合面处+最大幅值2mm-2.5dB,长209.4mm(由断续的多个相邻显示组合而成的总长度),分布在4

RPV筒体环向的6°13°12"角度范围,属于制造期间形成的体积型缺陷。缺陷形成的原因是堆焊界面清理不干净,在结合面处形成了夹渣。
&ASME锅炉及压力容器规范(ASME B&PVC):第Ⅲ卷》1并未要求对堆焊层进行体积探伤,只要求堆焊前对母材和焊材进行磁粉检测(MT)和射线检测(RT),若合格,则设备质量可接受。由ASMEB&PVC第XI卷[2]表IWB-3510-1可知,4*RPV的缺陷未超出验收限值,为记录性缺陷,该设备是可接受和继续使用的;根据ASME B&PVC第XI卷断裂力学分析及缺陷评定的验收准则,这个缺陷也是可接受的。
