【摘要】通过论速总承包企业BIM技术的应用优势、准备工作和当前BIM技术应用，对其前景行展望，以期总承包企业以新技术应用为契机，关注BM授术发展，积额进行研发、投入与应用，提升金业项目管理水平与市场竞争能力，推动企业管理再上新台阶段。
[AbstractJThis article described the application advantages of BIM technology in general contracting enterprises and current status and prospect of BIM technology application, and propected its application prospect hoping the general contracting enterprises to take the opportunity of applying new technology, focus on the development of BIM technology, actively conduct the research and development, investmest and application, improve project management level and market competitiveess of the enterprises, and drive the enterprise management to a new level.

随着计算机软硬件和网络技术的发展，以及我国大型工程BIM技术的不断应用与研究，BIM技术作为基于工程三维可视模型的以工程信息为纽带的具有软件互操作性、建设各方协作性、建设方案可模拟性、开放、共享的工程信息管理平台，逐步为国内建筑管理业熟悉并应用到工程项目管理中。 2BIM技术的发展历程

章中，首次提出了“BuildingDescriptionSystem"的工作原型。这是目前有记载的、公认的最早关于BIM的概念描述。1992年， G.Avan Nederveen 和F.Tolman 在论文中提出“Building InfomationModel”词，标志数据交换的问题被提出。1996 年，LAI(Industry Alliance for Interoperability）提出了面向对象的三维建筑产品数据标准——IFC(IndustryFoundationClasses) 标准，直到2000年，受计算机技术发展的束缚，BIM技术研究仅停留在学术范围内。2000-2008年，BIM软件开发研究得到了长足的发展，知名的有ArchiCAD、AutodeskRevit、Bentley BIM等，前几年的理论研究仍集中在建模技术的发展，并逐步向施工现场BIM技术应用，包括自动识别技术、3D激光扫描技术等生产流程的关注方向发展。2008年以来，BIM研究和应
