摘要:近年来,我国大量煤层气田管网开始新建或扩建。煤层气集输管网设计方案的优劣会较大程度影响煤层气图开发的经济性。
目前针对设计方案的评价多是基于可靠
性、适应性、经济性等单一指标进行的,对煤层气管网设计方案综合评价的研究较少。本文在参考现有单个指标评价研究的基础上,通过制定评分等级标准与确定评价指标权重来建立煤层气管网综合评价模型,以定量评价、优选煤层气管网设计方案,达到经济开发煤层气田的目的。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Coal- bed Methane Pipeline Network

Abstract:
In recent years, a large number of coal bed methane field pipeline networks
have started construction. The advantages and disadvantages of the design scheme of the coal bed methane gathering and transportation network will have a greater influence on the eco nomic development of coalbed methane. At present, the evaluation of the design scheme is based on one of the following index such as reliability, edaptability, and economy.The com prehensive evaluation of the design scheme of the coalbed methane field pipeline network is rare. Based on the reference of existing single index evaluation, coelbed methane pipe line network comprehensive evaluation model was built by setting a reting criteria and deter mining the evaluation index weights. Thus, the preferred and economical scheme can be se lected by quantitative evaluation to achieve the purpose of economic development of coal bed methane field.

煤层气集输管网的建设是一项系统性很强的工程,在设计和建设时需要考虑诸多因素,所设计的集输管网不仅要能适应当前工况的要求,还需要有适应生产工况变化、管网压力波动的能力。在以往进行煤层气集输管网设计的过程中,常常采用定性或单因素评价的方式来进行管网设计方案的比选-4),这容易导致方案的选择过于主观,或是权衡方案时不能全盘考虑各因素特点,做出不甚全面的决策

指标之一。但只重视可靠性会造成所设计管网出现适应能力下降或成本大幅上升的情况"。因此,为满足设计者在实际设计过程中能够较全面定量评价和比选不同集输管网方案的需求,建立以可靠性,适应性、经济性为三个主要指标的煤层气管网综合评价模型,用于集输管网方案的评价及优选管网设计方案。
