摘要:为研究海上特稠油黏度测量及管输计算方法对管线输送压降的影响及变化规律,建立了某海上油田特稠油管线的PIPEFLOW输送模型。元
利用该模型,仿真模拟该油田特稠油管线输送
过程中压力等参数的变化规律,
分析特稠油不同黏度测量方法及对应管输计算方法对输送压降
的影响。研究表明:在含水率较低的输送工况下,常规法测量所得黏度对应的管线输送压降值较大;当含水率达到70%时,
常规法、搅拌法和环道法测量黏度所对应的管线输送压降值比较接
近;当含水率超过70%时,差
揽择法测量黏度模拟计算压降值最大。

Analysis on the Influence of Offshore Extra-heavy Oil Pipeline Viscosity Measurement Method on Pressure Drop Calculation

Abstract: In order to study the influence and changing law of the offshore extraheavy oil pipeline viscosity measurement and pipeline transportation calculation methods on the pipeline transportation pressure drop, a PIPEFLOW transportation model of offshore extraheavy oil pipelines in an offshore oilfield is set up.The changing law of parameters such as pressure in the extraheavy oil pipeline trans portation process of the offshore oilfield is simulated by the model, and the influence of different viscos ity measuring methods of extraheavy oil and corresponding pipeline transportation celculation methods on transportation pressure drop is analyzed. Studies show thet in the working conditions with low wa ter content, the pipeline transportation pressure drop velues corresponding to the viscosity got by the conventional method are larger; when the water content reaches 70%, the pipeline transportation pres sure drop velues corresponding to the viscosity got by the conventional method, the stirring method and the ring method are close to each other; when the water content is more than 70%, the pressure drop values corresponding to the stirring method are the largest.

由于特稠油比普通稠油黏度更大,对海底特稠油输送管线压降产生的影响也更大。同时由于特稠油混输液在实验室内测量黏度时容易分层,测量度值误差较大,导致设计阶段海管工艺模拟不能很好地预测管线的压降值,增加了工程设计风险。
我国海上特稠油输送研究尚处于起步阶段,可借鉴的研究成果较少。目前已经有少量的陆上特稠油输送研究"-成果,面海上稠油及稠油输送研究大多针对海上普通稠油-},海上特稠油研究仅限于海上探井特稠油热采测试技术等基础研究"。
