长焰煤热解萃取物对单种煤成焦性的影响

摘要:以2种不同性质的炼焦煤为基础煤,以长焰煤热解萃取产物为改质剂,分别考察了改质剂对2种基础煤的挥发分、黏结指数、奥亚膨胀度等指标的改善结果。萃取产物对瘦煤挥发分的影响大于气煤;随改质剂加人量的增加,气煤的黏结指数缓慢增加,瘦煤的黏结指数显著增加;当改质剂加人量增加到5%时,气煤、瘦煤的软化-固化温度区间分别增大14.4℃、39.2℃。

Abstract: Taking two coking coals with different properties as basic coal,and the pyrolytic extracts of long flame coal as modifier,the influence of the modifier to the indexes such as volatile matter,caking index and Arnu-Audibert's dilatometer of the two basic coals is studied. The result shows that the influence of pyrolytic extracts to the volatile matter of lean coal is higher than that of gas coal; with the increase of modifier,the caking index of gas coal increases slowly,but the caking index of lean coal increases remarkably; and the softening-hardening temperature range of gas coal and lean coal increase by 14.4°C and 39.2°℃ respectively.

我国是煤炭储量大国,但炼焦煤的储量不足 30%,特别是优质炼焦煤所占的资源比例更少,严重制约了我国钢铁产业的发展【1-2】。为扩大炼焦煤资源,降低炼焦成本,近年来多种炼焦新技术应运而生,如配型煤炼焦、捣固炼焦和配添加剂炼焦等工艺技术已得到了广泛采用[>-7]。煤的热解萃取产物儿乎不含灰分,具有很好的流动性和较强的黏结性,可作为配煤炼焦的优质改质剂(-16)。本文以大同长焰煤的溶剂热解萃取产物为改质剂,按一定的比例分收稿日期:2015-09-11

实验原料
本文所用的改质剂是以脱酚油为溶剂,溶煤比
为10:1(mL/mg),在萃取终温为360℃的条件下从大同长焰煤中萃取得到的萃取物性质见表1。2种
