基于ADAMS和TYCON的内燃机气阀落座特性研究

摘要:分别采用ADAMS软件和AVL/TYCON软件对某型荣油机配气机构进行仿真研究。采用 ADAMS进行了多刚体系统动力学分析;采用AVL/TYCON进行配气机构运动学与动力学分析通过对比两者的气阀落座力特性,对配气机构的工作平稳性、落座冲击力对配气机构工作的影响程度进行评价分析。结果表明:该配气机构的气阔运动规律比较平稳,工作状况较好,但落座时存在轻微的跳动现象:凸轮轴转速越高,气阀的落座力就越大,在低转速下增幅较慢,在高转速
下增幅度较快。两种方法结合可以得到完整的配气机构运动学和动力学工作特性。关键词:内燃机:配气机构:落座力

Abstract: ADAMS and AVL/TYCON was employed to camy out simulation research on a certain en gine's valve-train seating force. The analysis of rigid dynamics simulation of the valve train of a certain diesel engine was carried out by ADAMS, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation was caried out by AVL/TYCON. By comparing these two results of contact force of valve seat, the working stabilization of valve train and the influence of impact force of valve train were analyzed. It shows that the motion and the working condition of valve is proper, though slight bounce was found, the impact force of valve increased with the speed of the camshaft, the incensement amplitude is low with low camshaft speed and is high with high camshaft speed. The combination of these two methods could obtain the complete kinematics and dynamics characteristics of valve-trains.

配气机构是柴油机可靠运行的重要保证,其运行特性直接影响内燃机的性能指标,这些指标不仅包括动力性、经济性,也包括如内燃机的振动、噪声及排放等运行性能指标。气阀是燃烧室的组成部分,是气体进、出燃烧室的通道,工作时须承受较
高的机械负荷和热负荷,尤其是排气阀,由于经常受到高温燃气的冲刷,工作环境异常恶劣,因而容易引起腐蚀、烧损甚至是漏气等现象。气阀周期性的开合,会对气阀座产生一定的冲击作用,这是配气机构振动和噪声主要来源之一,由此产生的冲击力也是影响气阀-气阀座使用寿命的重要因素。在配气机构设计中,考虑得比较多的是构件在传动过程
