摘要:随着配电网用户对供电质量要求日趋提高,可靠性指标已成为配电网规划中关注的热点。在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,介绍了配电网可靠性提升措施优化规划模型,提出了采用配电变压器“双接人"接线模式在短期内大幅度提升可靠性这个关键措施对其主要特点、实施难度、适用范围以及评估结果进行讨论。通过算例,对配电变压器“双接人”接线模式的可靠性、经济性以及与配电网自动化的协调配合等进行定性分析和定量计算,说明该措施可显著提高配电网的供电可靠性。

Abstract, With the increasing requirement of power supply quality from electric power users, a reliability index has become the focus for distribution network planning. Based on the domestic and foreign experiences, a key measure, the distribution transformer "dual-access " connection mode, is proposed to significantly improve reliability in the short time, The analysis and quantitative calculation on the main features, reliability. affordability and the coordination with distribution automation of the line connection mode are performed for the method, It is shown that with the calculation of the connection mode, the high reliability can be noticeably increased by the application of this method.

目前,在电网规划中对供电可靠性指标的提升研究已成为热点[-}]。国内所采用的提升供电可靠性措施[8-15]与发达国家相比都要全面,但其实施力度或夏盖率都有限,使得提高供电可靠性的效果不明显。
本文在借鉴国内外先进经验的基础上,结合国内配电网的实际情况,提出采用配电变压器“双接人”接线模式来实现“停电时间降至5min以内”的目标,同时对其主要特点、供电可靠性、经济性以及与配电自动化的协调配合等方面进行定性
