耐候钢方矩管与0345B的性能对比研究

摘要:Q345B是制造方矩管的传统材料,耐候钢则可以明显改善构件的防腐性能和使用寿命,但是在方矩管制造领域很少应用。通过常温拉伸、三点弯曲、常温冲击和中性盐雾实验,对Q345B和09CuPCrNi 一A耐候钢两种材料的常温力学性能和耐蚀性进行了比较,并在此基础上试制了耐候钢方矩管产品。结果表明:09CuPCrNi-A耐候钢的三点弯曲实验结果均为合格,而且强度、塑性、冲击韧性和耐蚀性能均优于Q345B板材;09CuPCrNi-A耐候钢方矩管产品的外形尺寸满足顾客要求。因此与Q345B板材相比,09CuPCrNi-A耐候钢具有更为良好的耐蚀性和综合力学性能,可以作为制造高端方矩管产品的候选材料。

Abstract: Q345B is a traditional material for manufacturing square tubes. Weathering steel can obviously improve the service life and corrosion resistance of component, but it is rarely used risquare tube manufacturing. The mechanical properties at room temperature and corrosion resistance of Q345B and 09CuPCrNi A weathering steel were compared by normal temperature tensile, three point bending, normal temperature impact and neutral salt spray tests, respectively. On this basis, weathering steel square tube products were trial - prepared. The results indicate that the three point bending test results o 09CuPCrNi A weathering steel were all qualified. Additionally, the strength, plasticity, impact toughness and corrosion resistance of o9CuPCrNi A weathering steel were better than Q345B. Moreover, its outline dimensions could meet customer requirements. Compared with Q345B, 09CuPCrNi A weathering steel has better corrosion resistance and comprehensivem echanical properties, so it can be used as a candidate material of high end square tube products.

目前.我国建筑行业使用的方矩管通常为Q235
级、Q345级和Q390级碳素钢材质[1。近年来,随着方矩管的应用日益广泛,现代建筑对方矩管产品的使用寿命和防腐性能提出了越来越高的要求[2.3]

由于耐蚀性存在不足(4),碳素钢难以满足高端方矩管对于使用寿命的需要。耐候钢则具有良好的强韧、成形和抗大气腐蚀性能[5],因此从理论上讲,耐候钢可以作为制造高端方矩管产品的候选材料。然而目前关于耐候钢在方矩管制造领域的应用情况,却很少有研究报道。
